Future plans:
Ensuring the practice of integrity in service delivery, encouraging innovation, providing effective services for customer satisfaction and service delivery will be digitized by 2023. By 2023, an integrated digital database of all service recipients of the Department of Social Services will be created and the payment of allowances to all types of beneficiaries will be completed through G2P system. Interest free microfinance activities will be made dynamic. Skilled manpower will be increased by mobilizing skill development training in child protection activities.
