1. Training on improving the quality of life of Bede and backward communities: 50 people each in the financial year 2015-16, 2017-18, 2018-19 have been given training in computer, tailor science and beautification trade for 50 days to improve the quality of life of Bede and backward people. Certificate at the end of training, training allowance at the rate of Tk.15,000 and grant for rehabilitation at the rate of Tk.10,000/-.

3. In the financial year 2021-22, a total of 540 people have been given socio-social training in Chandpur Sadar, Matlab U, Matlab D, Kachua, Haimchar, Faridganj, Shahrasti and Hajiganj upazilas with 60 people each. Socio-economic training has been provided to 60 beneficiaries through City Social Services Office.
Socio-social training has been given to 30 microcredit beneficiaries in Faridganj upazila in 2018-19 financial year.
